Had a great experience with Ivy during our 1 on 1 session. She was very helpful and patient. It turns out that I need the smaller trays and she was able to order them and reschedule me for another 1 on 1.

The customer service is great and friendly. They video chat to make sure you get the teeth impressions correctly. They also follow up from time to time to make sure everything is going well. I had crowding issues for my teeth and after couple months I was already able to see the results. I wore it around 12-16 hrs per day and change it every 2 weeks. I love how people couldn't tell when I'm wearing them unless they really look closely. Now I'm wearing my retainers and I'm so much more confident with my teeth straightenend.

I was initially a bit reluctant to try this but it has been great. Angel was amazing with helping me do the impressions, she was patient and made me feel at ease with the process. I had a small issue and had a bit of time delay getting my aligners but when I contacted them with my concerns- Anna and the team responded immediately. I am looking forward to my newsmile at the end of my treatment plan!

The appointment was super smooth and quick. Angel is lovely! Unfortunately my impression trays were too small, but Angel ordered a new set for me (for free) in like 60 seconds. They’re all always super nice, time efficient, and helpful! Would definitely recommend them to anyone. (I am I real person that wasn’t paid to say this, I just think they’re great)

I've worked with Raychelle, Lou, and Ivy. They were all super helpful and friendly, and did everything possible to help make excellent impression kits to send for my invisible aligners. Even though you have to do the impressions yourself, it is sooooo worth the effort to save over $5000 for Invisalign. Hopefully I never have to do another aligner routine, but if I do, I'll be using NewSmile! Thanks to them for my newer smile and confidence!! I'll post pics once the therapy is complete!

My 10 year old son has been using the Petal Ultrasonic Cleaner for his retainers for a few months now. The machine is easy for him to operate and rinse out on his own. He uses it immediately after he removes his retainers in the morning and then again at night before puts his retainers back on. NewSmile has been great - timely shipping, good customer service and product is exactly as desribed!

I signed up for NewSmile from Canada in June 2024. Ivy N. of NewSmile has been very supportive and responsive! She hopped on a call to help me get the right impressions of my tooth. She was very attentive to the details and found out right away that I'd have to get a new size for the impression kit. This was all seamlessly handled. Ivy is great!

Great quality service! These are my teeth after just 6 months of trays. Affordable, easy, fast, and helpful customer service. I love the service that I've received from New Smile. I didn't have to go to a dentist's office or anything. Everything is done from home. Plus, since they give you all the trays at once, it was perfect for traveling. Whitening foam is really nice, whitens teeth and is easy-to-use.
